I believe it was Pöschl Red Bull once in high school then I had forgotten about snuff until I bought a box of Gletscher Prise about two and a half years ago and started snuffing.
Some kind of schmalzler, likely from Bernard or Poschl, back in the late 70s, offered to me in a medieval-themed restaurant in Augsburg, Germany. There was a wooden snuff catapult that launches the tobacco up both nostrils. I thought it was pretty cool, though it was several decades before I took a serious interest in snuffing.
Count Murari was my very first snuff, done at the insistence of a friend and fellow pipe smoker with whom I worked in a tobacco shop at the time. It was also easily the most expensive snuff I have encountered, especially given that it was 7 dollars for 5 grams back in the early to mid 1980s. See the link below:
Far too many years ago to remember - it came from a colleague at work and I then went to F&T in the Haymarket and purchased a tin of Dr J R Justice.
Coming back to snuff in 2012 I bought 4 tins of snuff locally and went through them in order - giving my nose a break in between. So it was Poschl Gawith Apricot, Toque SP Extra and Gawith English Rose. Unfortunately the fourth tin that was WoS Best Dark turned out to be rusted through so I never tried it.

Don't remember the taste, since I snorted all of it probably past my sinuses and into the brain.

Starting a snus and vape reviews & info blog. It will start slowly, but as I get more stuff in to try, it will build up.
