Flavor vendors provide many different types of flavoring agents, such as essential oils, emulsions, Extracts, powders, etc.
Which are the best to use as scenting and flavoring agents?

I would say essential oils, emulsions, Extracts, powders etc. Depending on what snuff you have, what flavour you like to give the snuff, How close to you like to be to the original recipes. So I would say start EXPERIMENTING !!!!!

I'd suggest stick with edible additives to start with. Better to be safe than sorry.

Agreed. If you wouldn't eat it or drink it, don't mix it with snuff and shove it up your snout.
