This is actually about a snus order, I placed my first order with Northerner over the holiday (in the states) weekend (July 3rd it was placed) on the 5th the payment posted to my credit card. At this point my order still reads pending status via Northerners order tracking. I have sent two emails, Tuesday and Wednesday asking why my order is still in pending status. At this point I have not received a reply, and yes I have checked my spam folder. I am a bit discouraged at this type of responsiveness and delay from the perspective a first time customer. It wasn't even a big order, just an experiment order. Is this typical, or maybe my expectations are too high following a holiday weekend and of course this PACT drama.
