  • Me too, just water.
  • Yellowtail cabernet sauvignon, I must say for a cheap bottom shelf wine (around $6 a bottle) its exquisite. I'm a big fan of Spanish reds and usually pay 4x more per bottle but have been experimenting with cheaper wines lately and think I've found a winner with yellowtail.

Sipping chilled blanco tequila with a chaser of sangrita. Traditionally sangrita would be made from the juices at the bottom of a Mexican fruit salad, which contains diced up fruit, lime juice, chili powder, and salt. So for example it might be a mix of watermelon, mango, and pineapple juice, lime, salt and chili powder. I mix up a quick approximation using Clamato, orange juice, and Tajin, a Mexican condiment of dehydrated lime, salt, and chili. The perfect chaser for tequila.
