Emerald Mocha

edited August 2012 in Types of Snuff

Recently I have been on a trip to London. On a visit to Mullins & Westley in Covent Garden I bought a tin of their new snuff "Emerald Mocha".

I will compare Mullins & Westley Emerald Mocha to Toque Espresso:

Colour and grind: No difference between Emerald Mocha and Espresso.

Scent: A huge difference. For me the scent of Espresso is pure and strong coffee, whereas the scent of Emerald Mocha is more sweeter and reminds me of instant cappuchino.

The same in the nose. The Espresso develops a strong and pure coffee arome, whereas the aroma of Emerald Mocha is sweet and chocolate-cappuchino like.

Now I switch between the two snuffs. When I am in a "purist mood" and want a strong coffee kick I take the Espresspo. But when I am in a "sweet mood" and want a chocolate-cappuchino like aroma I use the Emerald Mocha.

I can highly recommend both snuffs.

Has anyone else tried Emerald Mocha?
