In this thread we get the most out of our snuffs.

Jaxons english toffee has the best scent when you take a large amount in one nostril, get some coffee with little sweeteners and low amount of milk, but make sure the milk can be tasted, then smell the coffee, followed by a small sip. I kid you not, english toffee has never been so good, nor has the coffee, it can only be made better by going outside.
How do you guys get the most pleasure out of some of your snuffs?

  • Hose out your nose with saline solution, blow 'til it's really clean, then take a couple big hits of Hedges. An awesomely pleasant burn, then your teeth start to tingle. Love the sensation!

  • Very, very interesting topic @Rogue. I can see you're an innovator. Can't say I have anything quite so specific and I'm looking forward to learning if others do. I find coffee, tea, and red wine to be the best accompaniments to snuff.

@Malatesta Im actually just pretty weird and like to enhance all experiences in life to get as much out of it as possible.
If I could have a signature on this forum it would be "Change the way you look at things, and the way you see things will be changed".
    Just gotta enjoy things.
  • A nice single malt with an earthy and/or smokey snuff as an unscented GH Kendall Brown or a plain scotch is always a nice evening treat.
  • @Rogue, I don't think you're weird at all. Alternatively, I doubt whether you're any more weird than the rest of us. I'd have never thought to fill one nostril and then go sniffing around for complimentary odors out of the other one.

@Southern_Snuffster, I guess that makes it a double.

@Malatesta the way I like it.
  • F&T SD and an autumn walk with the dogs is a match made in heaven. :)

@Talljim Sounds good, but whats SD like? drop a quick review.
  • Dark natural tobacco scent (think SG scotch black) with a smokey cedar scent. I don't get the violet, but I suspect I'd notice it if it wasn't there.
  • Not exactly innovative or earth shattering but I find a decent dose of Hedges or Fubar Medic clears out the passages for the next bout of snuffing. If I've been on WoS Best SP all day come tea time I ready for a de-clog. Then I can enjoy the flavours better again later.
  • I fully enjoy snuff by taking a good walk. My nose opens up and all the fine scents are there. At home I tend to dose up on strong N snuffs. Outdoors all day snuffs rule.
  • Just discovered a slight drawback with SD. My wife has hurt her shoulder so I had both the big dogs, which meant I couldn't control the backdrip. Still an amazing scent and an amazing walk.
  • I like a hot mug of tea (Irish Breakfast or Earl Grey ) with SPs.

I like hot sweet and creamed coffee with Old Mill Fluer de Cafe.

I like good southern sweet iced tea with most all fruit Toques.

I like scotch with a squeeze of lime on rock with Prince Regent by Abraxas.
  • Santo Domingo and Old Paris are best on a damp morning in really old woods in the fall. Stinky old Barbour jacket, pocket full of shells, over - under shotgun and a bag full of rabbits weather.

Rose of Sparrow is best after Chinese food. Toasts are best all day long. You've really made me reevaluate, @Rogue.
  • Swami snuff after Indian food, Viking Dark with milky tea, Violet with strong, black, no sugar coffee, Dholakia White with a green salad with cucumbers.
  • Forgot = taking monster bumps of Red Bull whist soaking in a tub of hot water treated with eucalyptus bath salts.

Which may or may not be what I am doing right this moment - I'll neither confirm nor deny.

@The_HP, You know Red Bull is on sale ay Mr. Snuff? Just thought I'd mention it. :-)

In the morning I will not let anyone interrupt my 1st cup of Irish Black Tea/ milk & raw sugar with my Peach vape mixed with Whole Tobacco Alkaloids while sitting out on the porch. WTAs give me that calm, relaxed, wrapped in a cozy blanket feeling I used to get from my first smoke of the day.

No wonder I need an extra hour in the morning to get ready for my day.
