@Betty_BW, one good thing about yerba mate, you can brew the same load of yerba multiple times, using hot or cold water. That is, you fill 2/3 of the gourd or mug with yerba, brew it up with 80 C (or cooler) water, drink it, brew again. Really, it goes round and round till it feels "washed out". You can expect at least 5 tasty rounds.
@Johano, Taragui con palo is my favourite yerba. Pure it tends to clog my bomba, but layering with Taragui sin palo (just to cover the filter part of a straw) is a simple resort. Have you tried Taragui +Energia? I read that the sour notes are even more pronounced in +E.
@volunge this is the first time I bought this brand, on black friday sale. Not regret it, its quite good. Been drinking Pajarito for a few years but got bored of it somehow. Taragui got less of the 'wooden' aftertaste, the 2-3rd time reuse still tastes good.
On my last Budweiser, thankfully. I had a 12-pack then got a case (24) and have been working my way through it since Monday. I remember why I like Winter
